To protect freshness, food safety, and the quality of our beans, we do <strong>not accept returns or exchanges on unopened or opened coffee<\/strong> simply for change of mind, taste preference, or buyer&#8217;s remorse.<\/p>\n\n<p>We will, however, replace or refund products that arrive <strong>damaged, defective, or incorrect<\/strong>, as described below.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What qualifies for a refund<\/h2>\n\n<p>You may request a refund or replacement if any of the following applies:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The bag arrived <strong>physically damaged<\/strong> (torn, punctured, leaking) due to handling in transit.<\/li>\n<li>The bag has a <strong>defective valve or seal<\/strong> that compromises the coffee.<\/li>\n<li>You received the <strong>wrong product<\/strong> compared to what you ordered.<\/li>\n<li>Your order is <strong>missing items<\/strong> that appear on your invoice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to request a refund<\/h2>\n\n<p>To be eligible, you must contact us within <strong>3 days of delivery<\/strong>. Please email <a href=\"mailto:s.mohamed@momentsroastery.com\">s.mohamed@momentsroastery.com<\/a> with:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your order number<\/li>\n<li>A clear description of the issue<\/li>\n<li>Photographs of the affected product and packaging<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return shipping<\/h2>\n\n<p>If a return is approved, the <strong>customer is responsible for return shipping costs<\/strong>, unless the issue is clearly our fault (incorrect or defective product), in which case we will cover return shipping.<\/p>\n\n<p>We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund method<\/h2>\n\n<p>All approved refunds are issued as <strong>store credit<\/strong> to the customer&#8217;s account, valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Store credit can be applied to any future order on momentsroastery.com.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cash refunds and refunds to the original payment method are not offered.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order cancellations<\/h2>\n\n<p>Because we roast to order, orders may be cancelled <strong>only before roasting begins<\/strong>.
