Please contact us if you have a specific request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Roasting and processing time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All our coffee is <strong>roasted to order<\/strong> to deliver maximum freshness. Orders are typically roasted and prepared for shipment within <strong>1\u20132 business days<\/strong> of order placement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery times<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bahrain:<\/strong> 1\u20132 business days<\/li>\n<li><strong>GCC:<\/strong> 3\u20135 business days via Aramex Express<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, public holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping rates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bahrain:<\/strong> a flat domestic rate is shown at checkout<\/li>\n<li><strong>GCC:<\/strong> rates start from BHD 3.45 for orders up to 500g and scale by weight<\/li>\n<li><strong>Free shipping<\/strong> is available on GCC orders over BHD 25.000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tracking your order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number on the Aramex website to follow your package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Customs, duties, and taxes (GCC)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For shipments outside Bahrain, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are <strong>not included<\/strong> in our product or shipping prices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost; refunds will be issued as store credit minus any non-refundable shipping fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Failed delivery and undeliverable packages<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It is the customer&#8217;s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed at a pickup point, return shipping fees and any associated charges will be the customer&#8217;s responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damaged or lost shipments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within <strong>3 days of the expected delivery date<\/strong> at <a href=\"mailto:s.mohamed@momentsroastery.com\">s.mohamed@momentsroastery.com<\/a>.
