Refund and Returns Policy
This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases from Moments Roastery (a brand of Qissah Hob Specialty Roasters, CR 153696-1), based in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Our approach to returns
Specialty coffee is a perishable food product. To protect freshness, food safety, and the quality of our beans, we do not accept returns or exchanges on unopened or opened coffee simply for change of mind, taste preference, or buyer’s remorse.
We will, however, replace or refund products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, as described below.
What qualifies for a refund
You may request a refund or replacement if any of the following applies:
- The bag arrived physically damaged (torn, punctured, leaking) due to handling in transit.
- The bag has a defective valve or seal that compromises the coffee.
- You received the wrong product compared to what you ordered.
- Your order is missing items that appear on your invoice.
How to request a refund
To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please email s.mohamed@momentsroastery.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs of the affected product and packaging
We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Return shipping
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the issue is clearly our fault (incorrect or defective product), in which case we will cover return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.
Refund method
All approved refunds are issued as store credit to the customer’s account, valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Store credit can be applied to any future order on momentsroastery.com.
Cash refunds and refunds to the original payment method are not offered.
Order cancellations
Because we roast to order, orders may be cancelled only before roasting begins. Once your coffee has been roasted and prepared for shipment, the order cannot be cancelled.
