Welcome to Moments Roastery. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of momentsroastery.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Moments Roastery is a brand of Qissah Hob Specialty Roasters (sole establishment), registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain under Commercial Registration number 153696-1, with its registered address at Shop 2, Building 2164, Road 1244, Al Ramli 712, Kingdom of Bahrain. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, “our”, and “Moments Roastery” refer to Qissah Hob Specialty Roasters trading as Moments Roastery.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions, and prices accurately. Slight variations in color, packaging, or appearance may occur. Coffee is a natural product; flavor notes are tasting impressions, not guarantees.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time without notice; the price you pay is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

Payment is required at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. If a payment fails or is reversed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email.

We may cancel an order at any time before shipment if we suspect fraud, a pricing error, stock unavailability, or any other legitimate reason. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any amounts charged.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping terms, rates, and timelines are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. For GCC orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties or import charges.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: as coffee is a perishable food product, we accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Approved refunds are issued as store credit.

7. Customer accounts

You may need to create an account to place orders or access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of any party
  • Transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Site’s operation
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Resell our products without our prior written consent

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Moments Roastery and Qissah Hob names and logos, photographs, text, graphics, and design — is the property of Qissah Hob Specialty Roasters or its licensors, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and our products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

If you have allergies or medical conditions, please review product descriptions carefully. Our coffee is processed in a facility where other coffees, foods, and dairy may be handled.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Site, or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bahraini law.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemic, government action, supplier failure, or interruptions in transportation or utilities.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and the “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
