Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Moments Roastery (a brand of Qissah Hob Specialty Roasters, CR 153696-1) ships its coffee to customers in the Kingdom of Bahrain and across the GCC.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the following destinations:
- Kingdom of Bahrain — domestic delivery
- GCC countries: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman
We do not currently ship outside the GCC. Please contact us if you have a specific request.
Roasting and processing time
All our coffee is roasted to order to deliver maximum freshness. Orders are typically roasted and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days of order placement.
Delivery times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Bahrain: 1–2 business days
- GCC: 3–5 business days via Aramex Express
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, public holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination.
- Bahrain: a flat domestic rate is shown at checkout
- GCC: rates start from BHD 3.45 for orders up to 500g and scale by weight
- Free shipping is available on GCC orders over BHD 25.000
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number on the Aramex website to follow your package.
Customs, duties, and taxes (GCC)
For shipments outside Bahrain, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost; refunds will be issued as store credit minus any non-refundable shipping fees.
Failed delivery and undeliverable packages
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed at a pickup point, return shipping fees and any associated charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date at s.mohamed@momentsroastery.com. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for details.
